1. About Red Cloud Intelligence

Red Cloud Intelligence is a Singapore sole proprietorship that publishes Asia-focused analysis based on public data, open-source information and attributed third-party sources.

Content is provided for general informational, research and educational purposes. Red Cloud Intelligence is non-predictive and does not provide legal, financial, investment, insurance, security or other professional advice.

2. Intellectual property and ownership

Original Red Cloud Intelligence material may include analysis, commentary, written expression, selection and organisation of evidence, graphics, charts, software, website design, downloadable publications, the Red Cloud Intelligence name and logo, and original Reddy character assets.

These materials are owned by, licensed to or controlled by Red Cloud Intelligence and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Underlying facts, public datasets, third-party reports, names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the site transfers ownership or grants an implied licence to Red Cloud Intelligence branding, the logo or Reddy assets.

3. Permitted use

Users may:

• access and read the site for personal, internal, non-commercial, informational, educational, journalistic or research purposes;
• share links to Red Cloud Intelligence pages;
• quote brief excerpts where lawful, provided that:
  • Red Cloud Intelligence is clearly credited;
  • the relevant publication title is identified where practical;
  • a link to the original page is included where technically possible;
  • the excerpt is not presented misleadingly or out of context; and
  • the use does not substitute for or reproduce a substantial part of the original work.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or exceptions available under applicable law.

4. Uses requiring permission

Prior written permission is required to:

• republish an entire article, issue, report, graphic or other substantial portion;
• commercially reproduce, distribute, licence, syndicate or sell Red Cloud Intelligence content;
• incorporate substantial Red Cloud Intelligence material into a paid product, database, newsletter, report or service;
• use Red Cloud Intelligence content, publications or Reddy responses as training, fine-tuning, evaluation or retrieval material for a commercial or competing artificial-intelligence system; or
• reproduce or adapt the Red Cloud Intelligence logo, name, visual identity or Reddy character assets except for ordinary attribution or linking.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

• present Red Cloud Intelligence material or Reddy responses as their own original work;
• remove, hide or alter attribution, source links, copyright notices or other rights-management information;
• reproduce or systematically extract substantial portions of the site using scraping, crawling, automated collection or similar means, except ordinary search-engine indexing or where expressly authorised;
• clone, imitate or reproduce a substantial part of the site, its publications or presentation for a competing publication, database, application or service;
• use Red Cloud Intelligence branding or Reddy assets in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation;
• alter material in a misleading way while retaining Red Cloud Intelligence attribution;
• interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site; or
• use the site or content for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing activity.

6. Reddy

Reddy is an artificial-intelligence assistant that answers from published Red Cloud Intelligence material. Reddy responses are machine-generated and may vary, contain errors or omit relevant context.

Users should review the cited Red Cloud Intelligence publication before relying on an answer. Reddy responses are not independent human-authored research and must not be represented as such.

Brief quotation of a Reddy response is permitted only with appropriate attribution to Red Cloud Intelligence and the cited publication. Users must not use Reddy to reconstruct, reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of Red Cloud Intelligence publications.

Requests may be processed by third-party technology providers as described in notices displayed on the site.

7. Accuracy, availability and reliance

Red Cloud Intelligence aims to present material responsibly but does not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Public data and open-source information may be incomplete, delayed, revised or disputed.

The site and Reddy may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice. Users remain responsible for their own assessment, verification and decisions.

8. Third-party material and links

The site may cite or link to external datasets, reports, organisations and websites. External content is governed by its own terms and rights. A link or citation does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Red Cloud Intelligence is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Red Cloud Intelligence disclaims warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Red Cloud Intelligence is not liable for losses arising from access to, reliance on, inability to use or misuse of the site, Reddy or content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Enforcement and permissions

Red Cloud Intelligence may take appropriate action regarding unauthorised reproduction, misleading attribution, misuse of branding or other violations.

11. Changes to these Terms

Red Cloud Intelligence may update these Terms. The revised date will be displayed on this page. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
